You can leave either City or Postalcode empty. If you fill both, the search result will be restricted to the shelters/rescues that match both criteria. With 'fuzzy search' checked below you can enter a partial postalcode (i.e. in Canada you can then enter something like K1R to match a district.

Limit the result to shelters and rescues located no more than the given distance from the postal code given above. The distance given will be miles for everyone from the US and the UK and kilometers for everyone else.

This is the state in the US - i.e. CA for California - and the territory in other countries, i.e. ON for Ontario Canada

Fuzzy search will find parts of a text, i.e. if the city is 'London' it's enough to search for 'Lon' or 'don', however fuzzy search will also find any other shelter or rescue that matches the partial text. This applies to all text entry fields above.
