This BunSpace.com ("BunSpace") Terms of Service and Use Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the provision of the Services (as defined in Section "Grant of Limited License" below) by OSS4U, LLC ("OSS4U")to you. Although OSS4U will post notification of changes to this terms to the BunSpace website, it is your (the user's) responsibility to review these terms & conditions for changes. The amended or revised Agreement will be effective immediately after it is posted on the BunSpace Web Site. Your use of the Services following the posting of any such changes or of a revised Agreement will constitute your acceptance of any such changes or revisions. OSS4U encourages you to review this Agreement whenever you visit the BunSpace Web Site to make sure that you understand the terms of the Services provided to you. This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with OSS4U for other products or services. If you do not agree to this Agreement (including any referenced policies or guidelines), please immediately terminate your use of the Services and the BunSpace Web Site. GRANT OF LIMITED LICENSE

OSS4U, through the BunSpace Web Site, offers individual users of the BunSpace Web Site, who must own a house rabbit or otherwise care for a house rabbit, a proprietary community engine to locate and communicate with other pet rabbit owners (the "Service"). The proprietary software associated with the Service which shall be deemed to include any enhancements or modifications thereto and any related documentation, is a copyrighted work (and subject to other intellectual property laws). Subject to your compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and in consideration of your promises reflected in this Agreement, OSS4U grants to you a personal, nonexclusive, nonassignable and nontransferable license to use the Service from a single computer and to use the Service solely as permitted under this Agreement.

Rabbit Shelters, Rabit Rescue and similar operations shall be deemed similar to "an individual" as stated above.

RESTRICTIONS OF LIMITED LICENSE

Unless you have a separate written agreement with OSS4U authorizing you to do so, you will: (i) not copy or distribute the software or source code behind the Service to any third party; (ii) not reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile any portion of the Service or otherwise attempt to discover or re-create the source code to the Service; (iii) comply with all applicable laws to the Service; (iv) not make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work of or to any portion of the Service; and (v) not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright notices) of OSS4U or its suppliers in any portion of the Service or on the BunSpace Web Site.

Further you agree to not interfere with the proper operation of the BunSpace website by means of any malignent software or other method to disrupt or hinder the proper operation of the BunSpace website like, but not limited to, SQL injection attempts, Denial of Service attacks, mail-bombing and spamming.

Rabbit Breeders and any other organization or person are excluded from the limited license granted above. We do not endorse rabbit breeding or any other activity exploiting rabbits for, but not limited to, financial gain, medicinal or pharmaceutical experiments and sale of rabbits beyond the scope of a neutering/spaying fee.

MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE

OSS4U, LLC reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the BunSpace Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the BunSpace Web Site.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES

The BunSpace Web Site may contain links to other Web Sites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of OSS4U, LLC and OSS4U, LLC is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. OSS4U, LLC is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any Linked Site. OSS4U, LLC is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by OSS4U, LLC of the site or any association with its operators.

Members of the BunSpace Website can publish links to other Web Sites. Although the operators of the BunSpace Website will try to the best of their abilities to remove references to unlawful or otherwise offensive or inappropriate Web Sites, OSS4U, LLC and their employees can not guarantee that all such references are removed. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER OSS4U, LLC NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, NOR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES REPRESENT OR WARRANT (i) THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR FREE; (ii) THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCESSIBLE, TIMELY, OR SECURE; (iii) THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES, "WORMS," "TROJAN HORSES" OR OTHER HARMFUL PROPERTIES; (iv) THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY MATERIAL PUBLISHED OR ACCESSIBLE ON OR THROUGH THE SERVICE OR THE BunSpace WEB SITE; (v) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE; AND (vi) THAT THE SOFTWARE BEHIND THE SERVICE IS NONINFRINGING. TERM AND TERMINATION

Once your membership terminates, you will have no right to use the BunSpace service. Our proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability and miscellaneous provisions shall survive any termination of your membership.

BunSpace does not endorse, nor tolerate Rabbit Breeders or any other person or organization involved in breeding, selling or otherwise exploiting rabbits for financial gain. We will terminate membership to any entity involved in such operations without compensation or reimbursement.

BunSpace may provide you with notices regarding the BunSpace service or these Terms of Service by regular mail, email, or postings to this Web site.
